Our Pre-Order item(s) are best selling Blondie pieces that have previously been in-stock and sold out multiple times and are highly requested by customers. This means, we do not currently have this item in-stock and must be manufactured to order. Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.
These are Special Ordered, then made directly from our Manufacturers for Blondie exclusively. The Pre-order process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item. On rare occasions, it may take longer than 4 weeks. If so, we will update the new ETA on the product page. We can not email customers individually.
For Returns on Pre-Orders, you have 14 days from the day the order has been delivered to you - NOT the date on the original invoice, as this is only the order date. If you want to cancel your order before the Pre-Order arrives, you will be issued a store credit. No refunds will be issued.
We do our very best to communicate all details for Pre-Orders on our Instagram and the product page, as there are many orders for each style and is not possible to contact everyone individually.
